"Swap-squares" - Part 4



... we have fun at QuiltSkandinavia
  1. Take out all 12 blue, 4 yellow and 4 dark yellow-orange blocks and trim each of them so they all are 4 ½" squares.
    .
  2. There are 8 blue, 4 yellow and 4 dark yellow-orange all sewn alike.
    .
  3. Cut them in two from corner to corner as the figure shows.
    .
  4. Cut the remaining 4 blue blocks in two as the figure shows.
    These are the 4 blocks that were put aside in part 2 and not yet cut and sewn.    .
    .
  5. The pieces are to be sewn together in pairs, but as a strip of 1 x 6 small pieces.
    .
  6. Put the blocks away and wait for the next clue.
